Sleep apnea is well known as a primary medical condition at this time. However, life-threatening diseases in which sleep apnea is the presenting symptom are less well described. The case of a 71-year-old man with a frontal lobe glioblastoma whose primary presenting symptom was sleep apnea is discussed.
